"This was a great first experience for physical therapy. After six months of lower back and hip pain impacting my overall sleep and daily activities, it was nice to find a physical therapist that was professional, knowledgeable, organized and attentive for the entire 1:1 sessions. In conjunction with chiropractic and massage specialists, Brett was the additional piece of the puzzle needed to get me back into strength training and general exercising with utilizing the correct stretching and movement needed to achieve optimal performance and decrease compensatory movement hindering my workouts. His response to questions and scheduling is extremely prompt and he provides excellent carryover/homework in-between visits."
